Something unthinkable happened on 14th April 1912: ‘the unsinkable’ Titanic, on her first voyage from England to New York, collided with an large iceberg and sank within hours. One of the most tragic accidents of the 20th Century cost lives of 1517 men, women and children.
The story is based on actual characters who were aboard on that cold April night night, and stunning music by Maury Yeston (Nine, Grand Hotel) and Peter Stone only gives a perfect account on the passengers' hopes and aspirations. The Third Class immigrants dream of a new life in America, the Second Class dream of bedcoming rich and famous, and the millionaires of the First Class dream of their wealth will last forever. But they are not yet aware of the fate that awaits them shortly...

I was first rate, a truly wonderful evening. Entertainment at the highest level.
Amazing show, hauntingly beautiful performance by a very professional company. The only downside was that the theatre itself was extremely hot!! The poor actors were sweating, the audience were fanning themselves and I even saw one woman collapse outside as it was so hot.
Brilliant. The only show where I have had tears in my eyes.
The performance was fantastic! But, the theatre was too hot, and the bar staff and manager extremely rude, which somewhat ruined the evening.
A bit of a disappointment. Some good songs but a very predictable narrative structure though quite well acted. The film is better.
Fantastic show. Acting remarkable, many people playing two parts. Atmospheric and moving. Reduced me to tears at the end. Standing ovations deserved.
A magnificent production of a great musical. Enormously entertaining but also deeply moving. A great evening in the theatre.
The play was very good occasionally could not understand some of the words when singing but overall very good
A wonderful interpretation of such a tragic subject. The voices of the very experienced actors were sublime. We especially loved the band playing 'on deck' till the ship went down, our main reason for going, as our friend Jamie Pringle was playing the cello. A really superb team.
Really good production. Only criticism is of the theatres lack of air con or even ceiling fans.
Great show...great adaptation of such a well know moment in history. Theatre was a lovely backdrop.
Best musical in London. Best singing. Theatre too hot
